Can I cancel my order ?Once an order has been processed, we are not able to change or cancel your order. If you no longer need the items you purchased, you can start a return once they are delivered.

How long does it take to process an order?Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. *Please note that we don't ship on Sundays and national holidays. Orders placed on weekends and after 1 PM EST on weekdays will not ship until the next business day.

Where is my package ?Take a look at the tracking information that was sent to you in your shipping confirmation. This email will be separate from your order confirmation, so be careful not to miss it!

Do you ship internationally?At this time we only ship within the United States.

What is your return policy?We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for a refund. Returns made after 15 days from the stamped date of shipment will NOT be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring items are sent back in original condition. All original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note we do not accept exchanges, customers will have to return the original item(s) and place another order for the new product.

How do I make a return?Processing your return: Submit contact form, place in the subject line 'Return', in the description box please inform the reason for your return and you’ll need your order number and the zip code from your shipping address, which can be found in your order confirmation email. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your return request. A representative will reach out via email when your request has been accepted and when your refund is initiated. Please allow 7-10 business days from the receipt of your returned item for refund to show up on your original form of payment.
