We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for a refund. Returns made after 15 days from the stamped date of shipment will NOT be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring items are sent back in original condition. All original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note we do not accept exchanges, customers will have to return the original item(s) and place another order for the new product.
Processing your return:
Submit contact form, place in the subject line 'Return', in the description box please inform the reason for your return and you’ll need your order number and the zip code from your shipping address, which can be found in your order confirmation email. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your return request. A representative will reach out via email when your request has been accepted and when your refund is initiated. Please allow 7-10 business days from the receipt of your returned item for refund to show up on your original form of payment.
